Scope of work: Irrigation system repairs and service/Landscape services

I authorize Alpine Irrigation, Inc. to complete service and repairs as requested. Labor rates are as follows with a 1 hour minimum:
Irrigation labor $85/hr – General labor $65/hr – Plumbing labor $105/hr (Per man hour – ex: .5 hrs. x 2 guys = 1 hour)

• An $85 service call will be charged if appointment is cancelled without 48 hour notice.
• $85 per hour will be charged for any time spent at job site including wait time if access is not available or you are late for the appointment.
• Alpine Irrigation, Inc. is not responsible for existing landscape or irrigation.
• Some installations & services such as winterizations, activations, backflow preventers, bonnet and poppets, sprinkler controllers, disposal fees and ball valves have a flat rate and will be charged accordingly. A disposal fee will be charged for any debris Alpine Irrigation removes from the site.
• Drive time and/or service call may be applicable if site is out of service area.
• If an irrigation repair estimate is desired, you must request it prior to the work being done. An $85 service call will be charged for assessment to provide an estimate.
• Materials used on this project will be invoiced at list price with proper mark up or flat rate to you upon completion of this project and you agree to pay for the materials promptly.
• A material list will not be provided. If an exact material list, cost or NTE (not to exceed) is desired that must be requested prior to any work on site.
• It is the responsibility of the homeowner to understand the terms before signing this agreement.
• All payments are due upon receipt. Any payments not received within 30 days will be charged a late fee of $35 + 2% per month and client is liable for all administrative and legal fees needed for collection. You are authorized to complete services and repairs as requested and payments will be made as described above. This agreement is valid for the above address until notified by home owner or ownership changes.
